Donors' generosity hits new peaks

The generosity of donors to PGS reached new heights in our fourth biennial telephone campaign

The generosity of the PGS community amazed us again during this summer's telephone campaign which raised tens of thousands of pounds for life-changing bursaries through The William Smith Fund.

The proportion of people who kindly agreed to make a donation during their call this July was a staggering 40% higher than during our last telethon in 2019.

Our callers also enjoyed hundreds of uplifting conversations with alumni, parents and others, sharing their experiences of the school. People were especially interested to hear about pupils' experience of school during COVID and how continuity of education had been assured.

Thank you to everyone who made the whole appeal such a positive experience.
