Francis Michael “Mike” Nuttall (OP 1946-54)

30 July 1936 – 11 October 2021

After leaving school Mike went to Sandhurst and joined the RASC (Royal Army Service Corps) later known as RCT (Royal Corps of Transport) and now the Royal Logistic Corp.

He was posted to Cyprus, Libya and Germany but also travelled extensively in his career. He retired to Portugal and returned to England via Germany.

He leaves a wife, one daughter and three sons, and five grandchildren. One son lives in Taiwan and his two daughters are now at university in London. Due to the pandemic he was unable to see his two great grandchildren who live in Australia as their trip was cancelled. He will be sorely missed by all.
