OP updates |
The Royal Beach Hotel was alive with laughter, smiles and nostalgic stories at our Annual OP Lunch on Wednesday. An event much-loved by many Old Portmuthians, it was fantastic to meet once more after last year's lunch was cancelled due to the pandemic in the midst of so much uncertainty.
Many reminisced of school days over delicious food and drinks, bonded by years of schooling together. However, the lunch took a more serious tone when everyone's competitive nature was unleashed during John Sadden's (school archivist) infamous OP quiz, which this year, seemed harder than ever!
Ironically, 'The B Team' won, taking home chocolate gold medals and a victorious smile.
Our OP lunch is one of the highlights of the Development Office calendar and we are so grateful to be able to hold this event each year with such a fantastic turn-out.
Thank you to those who attended the event, we look forward to welcoming you back very soon!
